Site work and paving for a civil project in Winter Park, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project generally includes transportation, sanitary sewer, watermain and services, storm sewer, paving, signage & striping, trails-access paths, removal & replacement, and all related work incidental to the completion of the project as per the acceptance requirements of Lakota Pointe Metropolitan District No. 1 and Town of Winter Park. The project is located in the Vicinity of Cub Creek Way and Sunnyside Place, Winter Park, Colorado. Work is anticipated to start September 2, 2024 with substantial completion by October 1, 2025. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required with each bid. Performance and payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder from a qualified surety. Bidders must possess the required licenses and insurance policies. The District may choose to schedule interviews with select bidders following the bid opening. Basis of the award of the contract will be to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder as solely determined by the District. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid or combination of bids which in its sole and absolute judgment will best serve the District's interest.
