Scope of Work These Specifications Describe the Work to Provide All Labor, Supervision, Equipment, Services and Expertise Required to Accomplish the Installation of New Sanitary Sewer and Associated Structures, Replacement of Watermain, and Restoration to Include Street Resurfacing as Referenced in the Bid Specification. Location The Work Described in These Specifications Is Located on the Following Streets in the City of Shaker Heights: Palmerston Road (Chagrin Blvd to Sherrington Road) Sherrington Road (Palmerston Road to Lomond Blvd) Lomond Blvd (Sherrington Road to Lynnfield Road) Lynnfield Road (Lomond Blvd to Scottsdale Blvd) Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or a Cashiers Check Made Payable to the Order of City of Shaker Heights in an Amount Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of the Bid.
