Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rockton, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

Description of Work: This work will include the installation of new 8" and 6" water main to bypass the baseball and softball complex. Miscellaneous additional work includes minor paving and restoration. Other Bidding Information: Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Department of Labor or determined by the court upon review shall be paid to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract. The Hononegah Community High School District 207 is exempt from Illinois state, municipal, or county Retailers Occupation Tax, Service Occupation Tax, and Service Use Tax as described in Illinois Compiled Statute Chapter 35. Bid prices shall not include the cost of such taxes. All bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check, or bank draft payable to the Hononegah Community High School District 207 for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder instructions. Rejection of Bids: The Hononegah Community High School District 207 reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of the contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder.
