The District is soliciting proposals from firms to perform Integrated Project Delivery services for construction renovation to 4 separate schools within the District. PROJECT LOCATION: Four Schools within the Horry County School District: Aynor High School; Carolina Forest High School; Daisy Elementary School; and Myrtle Beach High School The District is soliciting proposals from firms to perform Integrated Project Delivery services for construction renovation to 4 separate schools within the District. Potential scope of work for the projects could include: low slope roof replacement, metal roof remediation/replacement, HVAC and ductwork replacement, kitchen/serving line renovation, exterior envelope remediation, auditorium refresh, fire alarm replacement, low-voltage wiring replacement, elevator remediation, interior refresh to potentially include ceiling grid & tile, lighting/flooring/painting, minor interior space adjustments, site improvements, and other such renovations as identified during the review and design process as directed by the Owner. The District intends to hire four (4) separate firms (1 firm/school) for this work.
