ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $10,000,000.00. The scope of work includes but is not limited to construction of an approximate 7,900 S.F. addition and renovation of an approximate 21,500 S.F. of the existing Readiness Center that supports individual and collective training, administrative, automation, communications, and logistical requirements. This addition includes the following items that are integral to the facility: Classroom, Computer Lab, Arms Vault, Bathrooms and Showers. This facility will be designed to meet Industry Standards as well as all local, State, and Federal building codes and as per 42 U.S. Code 4154. Antiterrorism standards will apply. Construction will include all utility services, information systems, fire detection and alarm systems, access drives, walks, curbs, gutters, storm drainage, parking areas and site improvements.
