Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of: (a) Minor Rehabilitation (i) Westgrove Way from Dale Boulevard (south leg) to Dale Boulevard (north leg); and (ii) Cadiz Bay from Buckle Drive to Malone Street; (iii) Freemont Bay from Fairlane Avenue to Fairlane Avenue. (b) Major Rehabilitation (i) Normandy Drive from Hollingsworth Avenue to Lumsden Avenue; and (ii) Gibraltar Bay from Normandy Drive (south leg) to Normandy Drive (north leg). (c) Reconstruction (Asphalt Pavement) (i) Gerrond Bay from Cavalier Drive (south leg) to Cavalier Drive (north leg). (d) Sewer Repairs and Associated Works (i) Westgrove Way from Dale Boulevard (south leg) to Dale Boulevard (north leg); (ii) Freemont Bay from Fairlane Avenue to Fairlane Avenue; (iii) Normandy Drive from Hollingsworth Avenue (south leg) to Lumsden Avenue (north leg): (iv) Gibraltar Bay from Normandy Drive (south leg) to Normandy Drive (north leg); and (v) Gerrond Bay from Cavalier Drive (south leg) to Cavalier Drive (north leg).
