The ASHRAE Level 2 Assessment will provide data to support Southport’s goal of energy efficiency (performing to the standards of LEED Silver across all facilities), and sustainable responsibility (Net-Zero by the year 2050). The assessment will provide a clear understanding of the present operating conditions and prioritize actions to optimize ongoing performance. The benefit of the ASHRAE Level 2 Assessment report will be to highlight improvement actions as part of the necessary steps to Smart Energy Management and emission reduction. Locations: Barker Hotel & Suites, 100 Musketeer Road East, GBA: 4,115 m2; Gateway Building: 25 Centennaire Drive, GBA: 391 m2; Groundside Maintenance Building: 145 Musketeer Road East, GBA 748 m2: Central Plains RecPlex: 75 Centennaire Drive, GBA 4,461 m2: Southport Building: 180 Centennaire Drive, GBA 4,942 m2.
