Renovation of a medical facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Scope of work: .1 The scope of the electrical works includes all items identified on the drawings and specifications. The following major works items has been provided to provide a high level overview. .2 Complete replacement of the building fire alarm system including fire alarm panels, annunciators, wiring, detection and speakers throughout. .3 The system shall be installed in such a manner that the existing runs in tandem with the new throughout construction, maintaining complete control of the building magnetic locking system and timing chains which play a critical role in the safety and operation of the building. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond and an Agreement to Bond, issued by a Surety Company licensed to conduct business in Canada, and acceptable to the Owners. The Bid Bond shall be in an amount equal to 10% of the bid amount. Provide Performance Bond in the sum of at least fifty percent (50%) of the amount of the total Contract Price. Provide Labour and Material Payment Bond in the sum of at least fifty percent (50%) of the amount of the total Contract Price. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com .
