Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of two parts: Part 1 - City Funded Work shall consist of: (a) Asphalt Reconstruction: (i) Carruthers Avenue from Airlies Street to Sinclair Street; and (ii) McAdam Avenue from Sinclair Street to Arlington Street; (b) Pavement Rehabilitation: (i) Dahlia Avenue from Sinclair Street to End; (ii) Fortier Avenue from Summerfield Way to Pentland Street; (iii) Summerfield Way from Gilmore Avenue to Gilmore Avenue; (iv) Tranquility Cove from Gilmore Avenue to Summerfield Way; and (v) Hood Avenue from Scarfe Street to Leahcrest Crescent; (c) Neighbourhood Greenways: (i) Kildonan Drive from Helmsdale Avenue to Northern Terminus; and (ii) Larsen Avenue/Harbison Avenue West from Henderson Highway to Eastern Terminus. Part 2 - Provincially Funded Work shall consist of: (a) Street Lighting and Associated Works: (i) McAdam Avenue from Sinclair Street to Arlington Street.
