The Project includes the following Work: Culvert Removal, Cofferdam, Precast Concrete Box Culvert, Concrete Pavement, Riprap, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The bid proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum bid price, payable to the Town of Blaine, as a guarantee that the bidder, if bid is accepted, will execute and file the proper contract and 100 percent performance and payment bonds within 15 days after the Notice of Award.
