Campbell Street, Westmoreland, KS, prior to 4 P.M. Friday July 5, 2024. All other bids to be turned in from 8 A.M until 10:00 A.M., on July 8, 2024, at the EMS building, 406 Miller Drive, Wamego, KS. At which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.
