Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Deer Creek Township, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
**As of February 24 2025, project was awarded to MERAEXCAVATING, awarded amount is $616,173.16.** Demolition of an existing bridge and the construction of a new 90-foot single span prestressed concrete NU girder bridge. Guardrail, riprap, and permanent erosion control will be installed along with any other incidental work in accordance with plans and specifications. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. A certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The Henry County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The DBE Goal for this project is 5%. MODOT - NW 400 Road Bridge Replacement
