Site work and paving for a road / highway in Towanda, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The following two projects: Seal Coat Project: Contractor is to install approx. 74,365 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat, Single Appl w/ CRS2PM. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contact, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance, and certificate of liability insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms finished by the Municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
