pROJECT SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES
A. The Project Scope and Requirements are:
1. Furnish all labor, equipment and materials required to remove and dispose asphalt
pavement, deep ditch concrete curb and gutter, and concrete utility collars; install 24"
high back curb and gutter, install concrete drive approaches, grade and compact
roadway, install asphalt pavement, and install utility collars. All work to be done according
to plans, Payson City and APWA Standards and Specifications.
2. Provide all resources and incidentals to complete the project on time (City Schedule).
Project deadline is October 1, 2024.
3. To abide by all requirements of this contract.
B. Except as specifically noted otherwise, provide and pay for:
1. Insurance and bonds.
2. Labor, materials, and equipment
3. Tools, equipment, and machinery required for construction.
4. Utilities required for construction.
5. Temporary facilities including sheeting and shoring.
6. Traffic Control and Dust Control measures.
7. Other facilities and services necessary for proper execution and completion of the Work.
C. Secure and Pay for all permits including County and OSHA excavation permits, government
fees and licenses. Payson City will waive the fee on all City Permits required. The project is located at 100 W to 600 W 100 North in the city of Payson, Utah.
