Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Homer Glen, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond from a company with an A-1 best rating, or a cashier's check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the proposal and made payable to the Village of Homer Glen, 14240 W. 151st Street, Homer Glen, IL 60491. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the bid opening date without the consent of the Village. Checks or drafts of unsuccessful bidders will be returned as soon as possible after opening and checking the bids. Successful bidder must provide proper insurance acceptable to the Village. Each contractor is to submit their bid as indicated in the Specifications and include all signed supporting documents. Award of Contract: The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. The Village of Homer Glen Board of Trustees will make the final award of the proposal. The successful bidder and the Village will execute a contract mutually agreeable to both parties within 21 days from the award of the contract. The terms of the contract shall run through the remainder of 2024. June 25, 2024 RFP Questions are Due
