Site work and paving for a civil project in Flourtown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Work Includes All Costs for Material, Labor, and Equipment Required for Clearing and Grubbing, Construction of Berm, Basin, and Rain Garden, Installation of Outlet Structures, End Wall, Storm Sewer Pipe, Riprap, Swale and Soil Restoration Bids Shall Be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope and Shall Be Marked Clearly as Follows: Requirements for a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, and 100% Payment Bond Are Included in the Contract Documents. The Township of Springfield Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to make such an award as appears most advantageous to the Township. Bids may be held by the Township for a period of up to 60 days from the date of Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing Bids and investigating qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding Contract.
