BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes but is not limited to constructing an approximately 30,000 square foot addition onto the existing Fairman Centre building in downtown Punxsutawney that will replace the existing culinary school building. It would also include some interior renovation to the upper two floors of the existing Fairman Centre building. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $16,400,000.00. PROJECT LOCATION: 105 W.
