Renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Pound Ridge, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a 7,388-square-foot fire / police facility; and for the renovation of a 10,260-square-foot fire / police facility.
As of August 13, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. This project calls for additions and renovations to a fire facility. The Project consists of performing Pound Ridge Fire Department - Fire Station Additions and Alterations for the Pound Ridge Fire District as shown on the Contract Drawings and described in the Specifications. 1. The scope of the Work of this project includes the following: a. Construction of two new two-story additions to the Fire Department building. One will house additional apparatus bays and mechanical rooms on the Ground Floor and additional apparatus bays and storage spaces on the First Floor. The second addition will house a kitchen and entrance vestibule on the Ground Floor and office spaces on the First Floor. b. Renovation work to limited areas of the existing building. c. HVAC upgrades, plumbing upgrades and electrical upgrades to the existing building . Location- 80 Westchester Avenue, Pound Ridge, NY 10576
