Coordination with the Highway Superintendent, Town Engineer or other assigned representative. 2. Furnish and install 30 tons of aggregate. 3. Fine grading of approximately 500 SY of earth. 4. 5,600 SY of milling of existing pavement. 5. Furnish and install +/- 775 tons of 2" thick asphaltic topcoat. 6. Furnish and install 168 linear feet of asphaltic curbing. 7. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, utilities, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the Bid, payable to the Town of Pound Ridge as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract.
