The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: The removal of the existing alley and construction of a new concrete alley and restoration of disturbed areas. all in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST- 0809D as prepared by Transportation Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
