The Work consists of a new Emergency Services Training Center (ESTC), to be located on the existing campus in Palatine, Illinois. The general scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, supervision and other means of construction necessary; for the construction of a new 4-story fire training tower and associated classroom building (alternate) at the Palatine campus of Harper College. Bidders shall comply with the Business Enterprise Program (BEP) Participation and Utilization Plan developed by Harper College. There is a thirty percent (30.0%) aspirational goal on the Contract.
