Through this Request for Proposals ("RFP"), the District of Peachland (the "District") invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing the Westside Trail construction project. The project includes construction of approximately 1070m of 3.0m wide, gravel topped, multi-use pathway which will include: Topsoil stripping. Reinforced fill construction. Construction of Douglas Fir Railings. Rock fall fencing. Concrete roadside barrier installation. Hydroseeding. Documents can be obtained from https://interiorpurchasing.bidsandtenders.ca/ Question Deadline 07/03/2024Any question or query a Respondent has related to this RFP process must be submitted to the District through the Bids & Tenders System by clicking on the "Submit a Question" button (provided in the Bids & Tenders System) for this RFP. Questions regarding this RFP must not be submitted to other parties, or to the District via any other method. Any contact initiated by a Respondent regarding this RFP which is outside of the rules detailed in this Section (including but not limited to contact made by Respondent staff with; District Staff, District Councillors, or the District's Engineer or their subconsultants) may lead to disqualification of the Respondent's Proposal at the sole option of the District. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted prior to the 'Deadline for Questions' detailed under Sub-section 1.2. Questions received after the Deadline for Questions will be addressed if time permits.
