The project consists of the construction of a new concrete glycol pad, the construction of a new concrete generator pad, and the installation of a non-encased electrical conduit. These will be constructed southeast of the terminal, adjacent to the apron. Construction will require mobilization, erosion control, barricade placement, excavation, paving, and the construction of the new concrete pads.
