Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Supply all labour, equipment and materials to perform City of Ottawa project CF001047 the Peter D. Clark (PDC) Air Handling Units (AHU) and Mechanical Update Project. The Contractor shall achieve Final Completion and obtain Final Occupancy Permit by February 1, 2026. An electronic bid bond with a value of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price is required with this RFT. Tenderer shall provide to the City an electronic labour and material payment bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) in the form prescribed by the Construction Act that complies with s. 85.1(4) of the Act and an electronic performance bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) The City may accept any Tender, whether it is the lowest or not, or may reject any or all Tenders. Without limiting the generality of Item 18.1, the City shall have the right to: .1 accept an irregular Tender; and .2 accept a Tender which is not the lowest Tender; and .3 reject a Tender, even if it is the only tender received by the City.
