Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in East Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

**As of June 29, 2024 No bids were received.** For the following project: STANDBY GENERATOR AND RELATED APPURTERNANCES The Project consists of the Furnishing and Installation of a Standby Generator and All Related Appurtenances at the Chalfant Community Center located on North Avenue in the Borough of Chalfant. NO documents will be issued within 48 hours of the scheduled bid opening. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check in favor of the Borough of Chalfant in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal, as evidence the bidder will accept and carry out the conditions of the contract in case of award. This contract shall be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15,1961, P.L. 987, as amended, 43 P.S. Section 165 et seq. Workers shall not be paid less than the prevailing minimum wages as set forth in the applicable schedule. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days once filed with the Borough of Chalfant. The Borough of Chalfant reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.
