Site work for a water / sewer project in East Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of January 2, 2025, bids received were rejected and project will rebid but no definite date yet. Replacement of approximately 4,730 linear feet of 8" ductile iron waterline, 720 linear feet of 6" ductile iron waterline, valves, fire hydrant assemblies, service reconnections, curb box/stops and complete restoration. Bid Submittal Document must be submitted as one original and one copy. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, made payable to Wilkinsburg-Penn Joint Water Authority, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. (1) A bond for ten percent (10%) of the full amount of the bid, or (2) A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. Compliance is required with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any, or all, bids and to waive any informalities within the bids received. Wilkinsburg-Penn Joint Water Authority. Document Note: Details for mailing payment will be sent upon receipt of e-mail request. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
