The modular will be used to provide an independent space for Food Bank staff offices and storage of non-food supplies supporting YCAP Regional Food Bank operations. Objective The overall objective is to add a modular on the north end of the YCAP building located at 1317 NE Dustin Court McMinnville, OR 97128. We are seeking a modular contractor who can complete or coordinate all required elements listed in the scope of work to permit the modular unit at the state and local level, prepare the site, and build the modular. Scope of Work: The location of the estimated 1,000-1,500 square foot modular is 1317 NE Dustin Court, McMinnville, OR 97128 (At the north end of the building adjacent to the receiving area). The contractor shall complete the tasks identified below: o Review and address areas of concern for the site: o Electrical upgrades o Foundation o ADA accessible ramp o Build modular to include 4 offices, one open meeting space with two exits (one ADA accessible), refrigerator, microwave, outlets for coffee makers, cabinets, etc. (No plumbing needed). o Windows in offices to be emergency exits. o Appropriate lighting and durable flooring material. o Electrical outlets in offices and meeting space for computers, projectors, etc. o Other items as negotiated during fabrication.
