For the 2024 Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey through line cleaning and video inspection of various sanitary sewers and manholes throughout Upper Chichester Township The successful bidder, who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay online m a fee of 1/3 % of the contract award value. There is a minimum award fee of $100.00 and a maximum of $5,000.00. Bidders must confirm the fees associated with bidding through online and the successful bidder is responsible for the fees associated with the awarded bid. Questions Due Date: Jun 20th 2024, 12:00 PM EDT A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to Southern Delaware County Authority, must accompany each bid. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid package, particularly to the PA Prevailing Wage Rates, Public Works Employment Verification, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his bid within one hundred and twenty (120) days after the date set for the receiving and opening of bids. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract and to waive any informalities in the Bids.
