A. Work Included: The proposed work includes new center road island with stamped concrete, a new community identification sign, replacing the existing curb and sidewalk, and installing a new ADAcompliant pedestrian ramp crossing. In addition, the work includes areas of full depth bituminous base replacement, mill and bituminous overlay, other related improvements, along with full restoration of all disturbed areas. B. All areas disturbed during construction shall be restored to its original condition or better. The Contractor shall be responsible to replace any curb, sidewalk, signage, parking meter, etc. per the lump sum site restoration item. No additional monies will be given to the Contractor to restore the site. All pavement restoration areas shall be neat, straight, joint lines. Narrow asphalt strips between curb and trench will not be acceptable. Twin Oaks Intersection Improvements The successful bidder, who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay online Program a fee of 1/3% of the contract award value. There is a minimum award fee of $150.00 and a maximum of $6,000.00.
