Scope of Services The City of Santa Barbara is seeking bids for Bulk Liquid Oxygen & Carbon Dioxide for Cater Water Treatment Plant, and Carbon Dioxide for Charles E. Meyer Desalination Plant, including Maintenance and Repairs to CO2 Storage and Vaporizer System Other Details In accordance with Civil Code 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid. The initial contract will be for a one (1) year period from the date of the award. This contract can be renewed by mutual consent for 4 additional one-year terms. The maximum term shall not exceed 5 years from the date of award.
