An architect to design energy-efficient and functional entrances and a new lobby area for our existing Sports Arena at 243 Gore Road. This Consultant will ensure energy efficiency and ADA Compliance. Applicants should include examples of their previous work. This position will require working closely with a volunteer Recreation Commission to bring a concrete plan to their visions. Deliverables will include: a kick-off meeting with the Recreation Commission, up to three options of design with review by the Commission, Project Selection and Bid documents for the hiring of an approved contractor to execute the design. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
