Demolition and site work for a residential development in Highgate Center, Vermont. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Town of Highgate is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors to perform demolition, removal, disposal, and backfill services for these properties: 28 Mill Hill AND the Steinhour Hotel Property (residential + all outbuildings). Deliverables of this RFP include 3 separate proposals. See submission instructions for more details. Contractors are requested to submit all three (3) proposals for: o Option A: Proposal for the demolition, removal, disposal, and backfill of materials at 28 Mill Hill Road only. o Option B: Proposal for the demolition, removal, disposal, and backfill of materials at 14 St. Armand Road and associated outbuildings only. o Option C: Proposal for the demolition, removal, disposal, and backfill of materials at both sites performed simultaneously. To ensure fairness, all questions and answers will be distributed to all parties that have expressed interest in this RFP via the town website. The deadline for questions is by 4pm Friday.
