Renovation of a municipal facility in Lanark, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Supply and install a 28 Kilowatt Backup Generator. Supply and install an Automatic Transfer Switch. Connect the generator to the existing propane system, including any required modifications. Ensure all installations meet local, provincial, and federal safety and operational standards. Test and commission the generator and transfer switch to ensure full operational capability. Provide training to Township personnel on the operation and maintenance of the installed equipment. Clean up grounds and remove any installation debris post-installation. Contractors must provide a list of five (5) installations in the past 5 years to verify experience. The successful bidder will be required to sign a contract with the Township of Lanark Highlands.
