Demolition and site work for a parking garage in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
The successful bidder will be resposible for the following: Line locates through Sask First Call; Have the Fire Department complete a primary and secondary search of the structure prior to demolition; A demolition permit has to be attained from Planning & Development at City Hall prior to starting demolition Demolish structure; Complete demolition using proper PPE following the City of Prince Albert's Safety Policy Once demolition begins the contractor is responsible to have staff on-site until the job is complete. If the contractor leaves the site, a security guard must be employed to prevent unwanted entry and possible injury; Remove concrete pad; Remove all debris on-site including but not limited to: shed(s), garbage, vehicles, shopping carts etc.; All debris to be hauled to the City Landfill (Landfill fees will be waived); The void created by the removal of the pad shall be filled with jackpine sand compacted to ninety five percent (95%) proctor density. An inspection through the demolition permit will be completed prior to the contractor backfilling. The City of Prince Albert will not supply jack pine sand. Level lot to grade; and Complete all work before 5:00 pm, July 5, 2024. Documents are available at https://www.vendorpanel.ca
