Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: This project consists of the replacement and rehabilitation of water and wastewater lines, pavement, curb, and new sidewalks. The limits of the project are Clay Ave. from West 13th St. to West 11th St., Calhoun Ave. from West 13th St. to West 11th St., Arthur Ave. from West 13th St. to West 11th St., and West 12th St. from Clay Ave. to Arthur Ave. This project is funded by FDEP-SRF, which has an American Iron and Steel requirement. The Project shall be substantially complete within 300 days and fully complete within 330 days. Panama City reserves the right to accept any Bids deemed to be in the best interest of the City, to waive any minor irregularities, scrivener's errors, minor omissions, minor deviations, and/or technicalities in any Bids, or to reject any or all Bids and to re-advertise for new Bids, in accordance with the applicable sections of the Florida Statutes, the City Charter and City Code, and this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
