Site work for a water / sewer project in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The intent of this water main construction project is to extend a 12" water main to the limits of the proposed ParkBrook subdivision on an adjacent 108.75-acre site off of Majette Tower Road in the City of Panama City (North), Bay County, Florida. A new 10" master meter will be connected to the end of proposed water main on Whitney Drive. The length of the 12" water main will be approximately 1,255 LF. 12" water main from John Pitts Road to master meter at the end of Whitney Drive will belong to the Bay County Utility Service. The new line will have three fire hydrants on it to serve for line flushing and emergency firefighting use. The master meter is proposed for construction to separate City water use from Bay County water use. The Project has an expected duration of 45 days. The City of Panama City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, proposals, competitive or otherwise, in whole or in part, to waive minor informalities in the solicitation documents, to obtain new bids, or to postpone the bid opening pursuant to the City's purchasing policies as they may deem in the best interest of the City.
