City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Pretty Bayou Water & Wastewater Improvements Phase 2 A ITB-PC25-027 The Project includes the following Work: This project consists of the installation of water and wastewater service to areas of Pretty Bayou that currently do not have service. The project proposes installation of 2,517 LF of 8 PVC water main, 738 LF of 6 PVC water main, 707 LF of 3 PVC low-pressure sewer main, 2,381 LF of 2 PVC low-pressure sewer main, and all other associated improvements. The Project has an expected duration of 270 days. Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Conference A pre-bid conference will not be held for the Project. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing office. Addenda, if any will be emailed to plan holders and will be available in a pdf format on the City of Panama City's website. Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Panama City reserves the right to accept any Bids deemed to be in the best interest of the City, to waive any minor irregularities, scriveners errors, minor omissions, minor deviations, and/or technicalities in any Bids, or to reject any or all Bids and to re-advertise for new Bids, in accordance with the applicable sections of the Florida Statutes, the City Charter and City Code, and this Invitation to Bid (ITB). The responsibility for submitting a Bid before the stated time and date is solely and strictly that of the Responsive Bidder. The City is not responsible for any delayed, late, lost, misdelivered, or non-delivered Bids, no matter the cause. The City shall not be liable for any costs incurred by any bidder in connection with its response to this Invitation to Bid.
