City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Project Storm Group A The Project consists of the following components which are described in detail in the bid documents and include the following Work: The project consists of the installation of diesel bypass pumps and pump connections along with various pump station improvements for 10 locations . The Project has an expected duration of 200 days. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing office. Addenda, if any will be emailed to plan holders and will be available in a pdf format on the online Portal and the City of Panama City's website. The City of Panama City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, proposals, competitive or otherwise, in whole or in part, to waive minor informalities in the solicitation documents, to obtain new bids, or to postpone the bid opening pursuant to the City's purchasing policies as they may deem in the best interest of the City.
