The Project includes the following generalized description of the scope of work: Construction of infrastructure to support a fifteen (15) lot residential subdivision. Work will include land clearing, demolition, earthwork, installation of underground water and sanitary utilities, drainage and stormwater management, curbing, HMAC paved roadway and thermoplastic pavement markings & traffic signage. Erosion control measures shall be installed and maintained throughout the project duration. Roadside and storm basin side slope sodding is included but may be awarded as a deductive option. Work will be coordinated with Florida Power & Light (FPL), who will be installing underground electrical power and streetlights. All work shall be in compliance with applicable regulatory permits and FDOT standards unless noted otherwise. The Project has an expected duration of 240 days for substantial completion and 270 days for final completion. Qualified Bidders shall be a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida and provide a listing of 5 (minimum) projects of similar work scope upon request following bid opening.
