Site work for a water / sewer project in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Existing duplex lift station 12, which was heavily damaged by Hurricane Michael will be demolished, and a new duplex grinder pump station will be installed at the same place. Grading of construction area, flared driveway construction, sidewalk construction, FDOT curb & gutter construction and other related tasks will be included in this project. Duplex Grinder pump station will serve an office building and a public restroom. Duplex Grinder pump station package will be provided to Contractor by City of Panama City. The Project shall be substantially complete within 100 days and fully complete within 120 days. The City shall not be liable for any costs incurred by any bidder in connection with its response to this ITB. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, to solicit and re-advertise for new Bid submittals or to abandon the project in its entirety.
