**As of July 15, 2024, This project has been awarded to Ray Hensley Inc, with the awarded amount of $121,238.50.** (1) For the furnishing and application of MC-3000 liquid asphalt emulsion at the rate of .40 gal/sy and crushed limestone at the rate of 25 lb/sy. (2) Fog Seal SS-1H at the rate of 0.15 gal/sy necessary to: (a) chip seal and fog seal 2.1 mile of road < or = 29' width (b) for unit prices for patching and other incidental work, as listed on the bid form. All material furnished and work performed shall conform to the 2023 Ohio Department of Transportation specifications. The Trustees may award bids as to all road work to one bidder or separate the work into separate awards, at the discretion of the Trustees. The Trustees shall award bids on the basis of the lowest responsible bidder.
