Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform river rock border landscaping work at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement dated August 28, 2026. Work includes furnishing and installing a river rock border and all associated landscaping services required to complete the project. The project must be completed within 120 days after receipt of order, inclusive of lead time and installation. The requirement will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, with technical capability required to be rated acceptable and the quoted price determined fair and reasonable. Questions are due by 8 September 2026 at 12:00 PM EST. Location: Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45323. The Contractor shall provide a completed three-foot (3 ) wide #4 size river rock border over a secured, commercial-grade weed barrier along the entire exterior foundation of specified buildings. The depth/thickness of 2 is required of the #4 river rock installation. In accordance with the dimensions, locations, and details set forth in the attached specification document, supplemental rock coverage is required at four distinct locations. Specifically, a two-foot-wide gravel strip must be installed at the 37-foot mark along the east side of building 20642. Additionally, building 20644 requires a 10-foot-wide gravel application at the 22-foot mark on its southeast corner. Finally, building 20646 requires two separate 10-foot-wide gravel installations on its northeast side, positioned at the 18-foot and 24-foot marks respectively. All operations must strictly adhere to the technical guidelines outlined in the primary project documentation. The contractor shall ensure complete removal and lawful disposal of all existing turf, vegetation, and excavated debris.
