All questions are to be in writing and emailed to Mike Myers, mbmyers@carrollk12.org and Jenny Yingling, jlyingl@carrollk12.org and received no later than June 21, 2024, 2:00 PM. Such question(s) will be reviewed, and the Purchasing Office will issue a written addendum addressing the questions, which will become part of the contract. Failure to deliver a hard copy of the proposal within the allotted time frame, may result in the rejection of a bidder's proposal, even if the original proposal was received on time. The contract may be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specifications and complying with all the provisions of this solicitation. The BOECC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received whenever such rejections or waivers are in the best interest of CCPS. CCPS shall be the sole judge as to whether items meet specifications or are an approved equal. The BOECC also reserves the right to reject the bid of a bidder who has previously failed to perform properly or complete on time contracts of a similar nature, or the bid of a bidder which investigation shows is not in a position to perform the contract. Bids shall be evaluated to include, but not necessarily limited to; price, item offered, past vendor performance, time of performance and compliance with bid requirements.
