Springfield Hospital Center (SHC) is seeking the services of a vendor to provide preventive maintenance, emergency maintenance, minor repairs, and load testing to the fifteen (15) emergency generators located at the Springfield Hospital Center, 6655 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, MD 21784 for the period of one year. THIS SOLICITATION SHALL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SMALL PROCUREMENT REGULATIONS DESCRIBED IN COMAR 21.05.07 AND WILL NOT BE AWARDED FOR OVER $50,000. This solicitation has been designated as a Small Business Reserve (SBR); only registered SBRs may respond. Vendors cannot be awarded the contract if not designated an SBR.
