Renovation of an educational facility in Sykesville, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish a contract to furnish and install a walk-in cooler and freezer combo at South Carroll High School. Carroll County Public Schools, herein called CCPS, is contracting for all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment, necessary to furnish, deliver, and install free-standing Bally Refrigeration Boxes only, *NO SUBSTITUTIONS*, in accordance with the attached terms, specifications, and general conditions. This project is intended to be "turnkey" as far as installation is concerned, meaning the successful bidder will include all costs for mechanical and electrical permit. Price must include demolition work and removal of debris. All electrical power wiring and control wiring must be included for the new units. All necessary sub floor upgrades for walk-ins in pits, also to be included. Location as follows: South Carroll High School 1300 W. Old Liberty Road, Sykesville, MD 21784 The BOECC also reserves the right to reject the bid of a bidder who has previously failed to perform properly or complete on time contracts of a similar nature, or the bid of a bidder which investigation shows is not able to perform the contract. The BOECC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received whenever such rejections or waivers are in the best interest of CCPS.
