Solicitation Summary Renovation of the North Wing and Administration Wing at the Maryland Department of Health - Clifton T. Perkins Psychiatric Hospital Project Cost Class H - Over $15,000,000 Procurement Program Participation Goals VSBE Participation (%) 5.0 MBE Participation (%) 35.00 African American MBE Participation (%) 8.0 Women-Owned MBE Participation (%) 11.0 The work shall be completed within 730 calendar days from the start date of the contract. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquidated damages of $1,500.00 per calendar day as specified in the "General Conditions." The deadline for questions has been established as June 17, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m., to ensure that there is enough time to allow for the A/E to provide responses and possible Addendum issuance if necessary. All Questions must be submitted, in writing, to the Procurement Officer via email at jessica.matos@maryland.gov. Prevailing wage rates apply to all contracts in the amount of $250,000 or more. Wage rates applicable to projects of $250,000 or more are attached to the specifications.
