Wharton-Smith, Inc. is proudly the Construction Manager serving Brevard County Public Works and is soliciting proposals from prequalified subcontractors for the construction of Brevard County Government Complex North VAV Replacement. The project consists of: Replacement of VAVs. Including electrical components, HVAC controls, ductwork modifications and ceiling repairs in a six floor occupied government building. The RFI deadline is June 21st. Please submit RFIs to comest@whartonsmith.com. Do not contact the Architect or Owner for information on this project. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required. Foreman/superintendent for each subcontractor is required to have a background check and wear a Brevard County Contractors badge. All costs for new employee badging & renewals will be the sole responsibility of the bidding subcontractor.
