The City of Claremont (City) desires to solicit qualified contractors to provide Council Chamber and meeting spaces Audio/Video (A/V) upgrades utilizing industry standard equipment to enhance the residents' viewing experience and provide ADA-compliant hearing devices. Question Deadline 06/20/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Final Question Submission Deadline June 20, 2024 - 5:00 p.m. The vendor selected will be responsible for the acquisition and implementation of all selected components, cabling, project management, cleanup and providing a complete installation that meets the performance requirements as stated in the final contract and related design documentation. The award resulting from this request for proposals (RFP) will be a fixed price contract to upgrade existing A/V equipment per the stated objectives and deliverables. The proposal would include technical schematics for each of the hardware and programming, passwords, design, and notes that will become the sole property of the City of Claremont after the project. This RFP does not obligate the City of Claremont to award a contract or complete the project. The City reserves the right to cancel the solicitation if it is considered to be in the City's best interest.
