Term of Service: Three (3) Years from Notice to Proceed The Maryland Military Department (MMD or Department) is soliciting bids to procure the following: A Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and supplies necessary to perform HVAC preventive maintenance on a semi-annual basis in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. The Contractor shall also be responsible to make all repairs required to bring the system into manufacturer's recommended specifications for proper operating and to respond to emergency and non-emergency repair calls (major and minor repairs) for a period of three (3) years from notice to proceed.
