Renovation of an educational facility in Westminster, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish a contract to prepare and construct new concrete slabs at two (2) schools, for the installation of exterior walk-in coolers / walk-in freezers. The scope of work for Hampstead Elementary School will include creating an exterior door opening and installation of a new lintel. Freedom Elementary School's scope of work will be just the construction of the exterior concrete slab. The supply and installation of the Walk-In Cooler/Freezers will be performed by another contractor Installation must be completed at each school location between June 18, and July 19, 2024. All prices must remain firm for the duration of the contract and shall include all costs. No bid shall be considered which contains any exclusionary statements or an escalator clause. Prices for this bid must hold firm for a period of not less than 60 days from bid submittal. The BOECC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received whenever such rejections or waivers are in the best interest of CCPS.
